Plant Based Cooking Class
Plant-based food is delicious, versatile, and very healing for our gut microbiome and immunity. Learn the basics about plant-based cooking in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
We’ll prepare and enjoy a nourishing 3 course lunch, while connecting with like minds. This workshop will inspire you to dive into the beauty of creating your own healing and delicious plant-based meals.
3 Course Plant Based Menu:
Starter: Lebanese Cabbage Salad
Main dish: Vegan, gluten free Lasagna
Dessert: Vegan, gluten free tiramisu
While the food cooks we roll the issues out of your tissues with self-massage and yoga. Using tennis balls we will massage areas to create more circulation, increase range of motion, and release tension. We will practice breathwork and restorative poses to bring the mind-body into a state of healing.
Learn simple acupressure points to rebalance your energy and create harmony. These therapeutic methods are perfect for when you need to recover and feel deep relief in your life.
After yoga we will enjoy the meal together and make lovely connections.
Bonus: You will receive a workbook with all our tips, recipes, and poses. Also take home 2 tennis balls to practice self-massage on your own
