Plant-based food is delicious, versatile, and very healing for our gut microbiome and immunity. Sarah will show you how to prepare a nourishing 3 course lunch.
This workshop will inspire you to dive into the beauty of creating your own healing and delicious plant-based meals.
3 Course Plant Based & Gluten Free Menu:
Starter: Lebanese Cabbage Salad
Main dish: Indulging Lasagna
Dessert: Vegan Tiramisu
I will send you the ingredients list before so you can join me virtually and cook along with me or you can also just get inspired and cook at your own pace after the workshop.
We roll the issues out of your tissues with self-massage and yoga. Using tennis balls we will massage areas to create more circulation, increase range of motion, and release tension. We will practice breathwork and restorative poses to bring the mind-body into a state of healing.
Learn simple acupressure points to rebalance our energy and create harmony. These therapeutic methods are perfect for when you need to recover and feel deep relief in your life.
Two tennis balls or massage balls required for the workshop. Message me for massage ball suggestions.
