No yoga practice is one size fits all. That’s why I’m passionate about tailoring a yoga class that’s compatible with your body, life, and schedule.
With a holistic approach, we bring awareness into all parts of your life, not solely the illness or condition. We practice yoga poses, meditation techniques, breathing exercises, and healing modalities that are a good match for you.
Following our session I provide a Yoga RX. This is a suggestion of a few poses or wellness techniques to do after our time together, so the stress-relief and healing can carry on.
I make the material accessible and digestible, so you can incorporate it easily into your life. Together we create a supportive system, so your health regimen is efficient and effective.
Class packages must be used within 1 month of purchase. Cancelations must be made within 12 hours of class or receive a $20 fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for the original scheduled class there will be $10 fee.
