No yoga practice is one size fits all. That’s why I’m passionate about tailoring a yoga class that’s compatible with your body, life, and schedule. With a holistic approach, we bring awareness into all parts of your life, not solely the illness or condition. We practice yoga poses, meditation techniques, breathing exercises, and healing modalities that are a good match for you.
Following our session I will provide a Yoga RX. This is a write up of a few poses or wellness techniques to do after our time together. It allows you to clearly review what we practiced, so you can carry on with the stress-relief and healing. You may also request a recording of the session at no extra fee.
I make the material accessible and digestible, so you can incorporate it easily into your life. I advocate for your health, no matter what you are going through. This supportive yoga practice is efficient, effective, and created by someone that truly cares.
Cancelations must be made within 12 hours of class or receive a $20 fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for the original scheduled class there will be $15 fee.
